पोर्तुगल आप्रबासी उच्चआयोग र अन्तर सस्कृति सम्बाद को संयुक्त प्रयास मा पोर्तुगलको दुई ठाउँ (पोर्तो र लिस्बोन) मा राष्ट्रिय आप्रबासी सहायता केन्द्र ( CNAI ) को स्थापना गरेको छ । यी केन्द्रहरु मा एकै ठाउँ मा धेरै सरकारी कार्यालय हरु को व्यवस्था गरिएको छ । यी सरकारी कार्यालय हरुमा काम गर्ने कर्मचारी हरु पनि आप्रबासी पृष्ठभूमि भएका तर धेरै समय पोर्तुगल मा बसेका छन् । यो कार्यालय मा आउने हरेक बैधानिक वा अबैधानिक आप्रबासीलाइ छिटो, सजिलो र बिस्वस्नीय सेवा सुबिधा दिने गरिन्छ । यो कार्यालय मा आउने हरेक आप्रबासी लाई एउटा कार्ड दियिन्छ जसमा उसको नाम र उसको प्रोसेस नंम्बर लेखेर दियिन्छ। यो नंम्बर उसको यो कार्यालय मा रेकार्ड फाइल को हो। उक्त व्यक्ति पु:न अर्को पल्ट आउदा त्यो प्रोसेस नंम्बर भएको कार्ड देखाउनु पर्छ। जसबाट कर्मचारी ले त्यो व्यक्ति पहिले के कम को लागि आएको हो, कति पल्ट आएको हो भन्ने कुरा उनीहरु को रेकर्ड फाइल बाट थाहा पाउछन। लिस्बोन मा रहेको CNAI मा SEF , श्रम बिभाग, सामाजिक सुरक्षा (taxoffice ), क्षेत्रीय स्वाश्थ्य बिभाग, क्षेत्रीय शिक्षा बिभाग र तथ्यांक बिभाग गरि  ६ वटा सरकारी कार्यालय छन्। यी कार्यालय को अलावा आप्रबासी हरुलाई प्रत्यक्ष सहयोग पुराउन को लागि परिवार पुन एकिकृत  ( family reunification ) , कानुनी सल्लाह र रोजगारीका लागि छुट्टै युनिट खडा गरिएको छ ।
